In 2018, Rebekah joined the Passant & Passant team, and in 2022 she acquired the leadership role from Frank. This change marked the commitment to the company’s future as one of the strongest investigation firms serving Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. Ralph Passant was the founder of the Business Information Company (BIC) in 1969. In 1990 Ralph and his son, Frank Passant founded Passant & Passant. Passant & Passant was headed into it’s 30th year as an investigation firm. In 2022, Rebekah purchased Passant from Frank Passant who continues to perform thorough investigations. Together, as a team, Frank and Rebekah are ready to continue to push Passant Investigations to new boundaries. Frank and Rebekah are both licensed Pennsylvania Private Investigators. Passant Investigation is fully bonded and insured. Passant Investigations is a member of the Pennsylvania Licensed Investigators Association (PALI) and the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS).
